Written Submissions to the Site
We welcome submissions and contributions to the site from our members; however, we reserve the right to accept or reject the submissions in whole or in part. You represent and warrant that (a) you own the submission submitted by you to Silver Planet’s Web site and (b) the posting of your submission on or through Silver Planet’s site does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person. Types of Submissions Not Accepted
We do not accept or knowingly publish materials that are illegal, libelous, profane, vulgar, or pornographic. Silver Planet does not discriminate based on age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, familial status, military status, or disability. From time to time, we may request information from our members for member surveys or other topics of interest to members. Silver Planet will not solicit information in a way that knowingly discriminates against any group or intentionally violates any laws, including the Fair Housing Act.
Posting of Accurate and Proper Information Only
To maintain the overall integrity of data within the site, Silver Planet requests that users refrain from posting inaccurate information of any kind. Silver Planet cannot guarantee that all data and information within this site are accurate. Silver Planet does not verify the identity of people posting comments to this site, except to require that the person posting has registered on Silver Planet. If Silver Planet discovers inaccurate information that has been submitted, we may, at our election, delete such information and ban the user from the site. The site is open to the public. Disclose only what you feel comfortable disclosing. If the posting is public, anyone can read your postings. Post only information that you want the public, or those members you have selected in your profile, to see. In addition, do not post any of the following:

Uploading of Photos, Graphics, and Video Content
You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name and images), video, music, and other content (“User Content”) that you upload, publish, or display (“post”) on or through the site or that you transmit to or share with other users. Do not post, transmit, or share any content that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. By uploading any content to this site, you thereby give permission to Silver Planet to review any and all of the content, and you also give permission to Silver Planet to remove or delete the content without advance notice to you, for any or no reason at all, including that Silver Planet determines, in its sole discretion, that the content violates this Agreement.
When you post User Content to the site, you authorize and direct us to make such copies as we consider necessary to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the site. Silver Planet complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. To ensure that we do not collect personally identifying information from children under the age of 13, Silver Planet’s submission process does not allow persons under the age of 13 to submit information to the Web site.

Jurisdiction and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, and all disputes shall be resolved in the applicable county, state, or federal courts of Colorado.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silver Planet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and any third-party providers of information or services to the site from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use, any unauthorized use of materials found on this site, or your violation of the intellectual property rights of Silver Planet or other parties.
