Beans Lower Cancer Risk?
Mmm . . . phytochemicals!

Eating beans is definitely a step toward health, what with all their fiber and plant protein. Some evidence suggests that diets high in fiber are linked to lower risk of colorectal, pancreatic, and breast cancers.
