- Falls from chairs, sofas, or beds
When falls are detected, a trained operator from myHalo's 24/7 emergency response call center will first attempt to reach your loved one, then contact everyone on the designated caregiver list and dispatch local emergency services as required.
You and your loved ones can check the myHalo private and secure Web site anytime, from anywhere in the world, and view real-time updates showing date/time, type of event, description of event, skin temperature, heart rate, and body position.
