The physicians use electronic health records and the phone conversations to diagnose illnesses and recommend treatments. This service—which allows unlimited calls to physicians—is particularly helpful when your primary care doctor is not available, when you have a problem after hours or while on vacation, and for nonemergencies.
The Silver Supplemental Wellness Package also provides free hearing screenings and discounts on hearing aid products at retail locations and by mail order. The dental program includes more than 76,000 locations that offer general dentistry as well as specialty services.
