Berry Brunk


Berry Brunk, currently the CEO of Collaborell, Inc., has 28 years' experience with corporations that include Verizon/Bell Atlantic, TCI, McCaw Cellular, HBO, and the New York Times Company. Berry has provided corporate development consulting for a variety of Fortune 100 companies and participated in several M&A transactions. He is former chairman and CEO of LaConner Technologies, a VC-funded provider of interactive entertainment and educational content to the senior housing industry.

In 1998, he helped launch Sun Healthcare, funded with $43 million in venture capital. Sun created Web-enabled clinical and financial information systems for the long-term care industry. Berry also founded a 45-person management-consulting firm in New York City that provided services to the print, cable, and news media industries. Prior to 1990, Berry held senior positions with various nationally recognized publishing companies.

He is an advisory board member with several corporations and a frequent speaker at national senior housing and aging conferences. Berry has a BA in communications studies and visual communications from Virginia Tech.
