Advisory Board Member Pam Rothenberg
Pam Rothenberg is the managing member of the Washington, DC, office of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, and serves on the company’s management committee. She is a commercial real estate attorney and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice group, where she also leads the Multifamily Real Estate Team. Pam routinely handles signature transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of commercial office buildings and multifamily properties, as well as large-scale mixed-use developments. She is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and was named a leading real estate lawyer in the 2008 and 2009 Chambers USA: Americas Leading Lawyers for Business Lists.
