Mary Jane "Chef MJ" Curry, is a certified personal chef and the owner of Custom Cuisine in Camarillo, California. She is the current president of the Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and thoroughly enjoys both cooking and baking for various clients in the Ventura County and Greater Los Angeles areas.

Carol says good-bye to her 4,000 cookbooks in February 2009. They were being shipped to the State University of New York at Delhi, where a special collections room was being created for them.
