Ona Karasa brings 25 years of leadership experience from the high-technology industry to Silver Planet. She served as president and chief technology officer at Atlas, the online advertising technology division of aQuantive, purchased by Microsoft in 2007. She was responsible for developing the long-term strategic vision and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Prior to aQuantive, she was executive vice president and general manager of MSNBC.com and 2002WinterOlympics.com. Ms.
Advisory Board Member Pam Rothenberg
Pam Rothenberg is the managing member of the Washington, DC, office of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, and serves on the company’s management committee. She is a commercial real estate attorney and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice group, where she also leads the Multifamily Real Estate Team. Pam routinely handles signature transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of commercial office buildings and multifamily properties, as well as large-scale mixed-use developments.
