Do you want to catapult your health to a higher level? Yes? Then it’s time to discover the power of food synergy.
FOOD Synergy is my twenty-fifth book, and it’s the one that means the most to me. In fact, I won’t rest until I’ve done everything in my power to spread the word about this book. Why? Because it’s an exciting and revolutionary look at a new language of nutrition. It’s the absolute first book on the market to discuss the science of food synergy.
But the book doesn’t discuss just the science. The seventh chapter (the “aha!” chapter) summarizes the science into news you can use—like listing the top “synergy super foods” and showing you what happens to your daily diet when you include a serving of each of these foods (this part will blow your mind). There are lots of tables and charts to show you which foods kill several “food synergy birds” with one stone, and there are all sorts of recipes that help you incorporate the power of food synergy into your cooking.
If you buy the book and initially have only a couple of hours to spend, read the introduction, then skip to the seventh chapter. This will get you instantly inspired and on board to start practicing food synergy. (Of course, please read the rest of the book as time allows!)
Food synergy is like adding 1 + 1 and getting 4 instead of 2: the total is greater than the sum of the individual parts.
We can get so focused on the health benefits of a certain vitamin or nutrient that we miss a crucial link: Different components within a single food can work together for maximum health benefit, and certain components of different foods can produce amazing results when eaten together. For many years, the science of nutrition has focused on specific pieces of the puzzle instead of the power inherent in the whole picture. We now know the power is in the packaging!
Here’s where I need your help!
Because of our celebrity-driven culture, it’s really difficult for people like me (who aren’t “celebrities” or married to one) to get on national television shows and get the word out about our books. If the food synergy message resonates with you, please help spread the word!
