What's a 403(b) Plan?
Question: Everybody knows about 401(k) plans. Can you discuss 403(b) plans? I think I might be eligible.
Answer: These are for those individuals who work for nonprofit organizations and public schools. Like 401(k) contributions, they are from earned income only, but there’s a catch-up formula if you’ve never contributed.
