Deb’s passion is to live life with clarity, focus, and richness in all its facets—physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual—and to help others attain that richness as well. But many times, folks are weighed down with stress, worry, and regret over the state of their finances. They don’t plan to fail, but they fail to plan, and lifetime habits of procrastination and fear rob them of the freedom and joy that comes from financial peace of mind. Deb’s mission is to help clients get back on the path to financial peace of mind by repairing the damage and teaching new practices to maximize the growth and protection of their assets so they can achieve financial independence as fast as possible.
Deb has been an attorney for 25 years and continues to provide estate planning, disability planning, and elder law services in Colorado. She earned a master’s degree in personal financial planning in 2005, was awarded the certified financial planner designation in 2006, founded Pikes Peak Financial Planning LLC in 2007, and qualified that company as a registered investment advisor in Colorado shortly thereafter. This advancement has allowed her to offer a full complement of personal financial planning services for truly comprehensive and unbiased counsel. No product sales. No commissions. Just counsel.
Deb is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Colorado Bar Association, the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, and the Alliance of Cambridge Advisors.
